People's Climate March, Sunday 9/21/2014
The People's Climate March was BY FAR the largest climate action ever--The New York City march alone, which over 250 Delawareans participated in, had over 400,000 people in attendance; and that it was the most diverse climate action ever--maybe one of the most diverse actions period. From labor unionists to environmentalist and scientists to religious leaders, we sent a message loud and clear that climate change can no longer be seen as just an environmental issue, it's an everyone issue.
Save Energy, Save the World Campaign Launch at Deer Park on 10/13
On 9/21/2014 we made history. We joined millions around the world to demand climate action. We took our frustration, hope, despair, excitement and determination to the streets to show that we'll no longer sit idly by as our world leaders fail to meaningfully act on the most urgent challenge we have ever faced. World leaders are already beginning to take note.
