The Delaware Chapter of the Sierra Club asks the Joint Finance Committee to consider the risks posed by the Delaware City Refinery on public health and to finance actions by DNREC to protect our communities.
We thank DNREC for developing these proposed changes to Regulations 3916 Endangered Species. Many of the changes under consideration will enhance endangered species protections in Delaware. However, in some instances these regulations do not provide an adequate level of protection.
