A Master Plan is currently being developed for the redevelopment of state land at Fort DuPont. The Delaware Chapter of the Sierra Club has asked DNREC to include environment, health and sea level rise into the planning process.

How did our rivers and streams fare in Hurricane Sandy?
Delaware experienced dramatic increases in stream levels throughout the state. In some cases, rivers exceeded flood stage. The graphs below are from the U.S. Geological Survey's stream gauges.
