UPDATE: The oral argument originally scheduled for January 23 has been rescheduled to Thursday, Feb 12 at 1:30 pm. The judge is hearing a murder trial and so all parties thought a reschedule would be better.

The Delaware Chapter is committed to protecting the Delaware River and Bay as an aquatic system. A number of industrial activities currently threaten the River's diverse environment, including the continued dredging of the river by the Army Corps of Engineers. Sierra Club requests public hearing for Delaware City Refinery NPDES Permit
The Delaware Chapter of the Sierra Club has submitted a public hearing request for the Delaware City Refining Company’s NPDES Permit DE 0000256, which was publicly noticed on December 14, 2014.
