Delaware's greenhouse gas emissions are coming down
Data published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration reveals that on a per-capita basis, greenhouse gas emissions have decreased 37.5% between 2000 and 2009. This brings Delaware below the national average, though still above many of the other states that participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
