The refinery has worked 88 days without a first-aid case. It has been 113 days since the last recordable injury. Their OSHA Recordable Rate is 0.59, better than the industry average. The Clean Fuels Project is on the back burner for now. They discussed the hydrogen cyanide (HCN) emissions during periods when the carbon monoxide boiler at the FCC unit is bypassed.
