Delaware City Refinery 13 years expired Clean Water Act Permit finally gets a new draft permit and public hearing.
When: Tuesday, March 24th at 6pm (Protest outside starting at 5pm)
Where: Gunning Bedford Middle School

WHAT: Protest outside the hearing with fish costumes & signs between 5-6pm (snacks provided). Attend the hearing starting at 6pm and submit public comments calling for a closed-loop cooling system to eliminate fish kills.

We need supporters there to stand up for marine wildlife and our coastal waters threatened by the prospect of these dual threats. During the meeting you will have an opportunity to submit comments on the proposed drilling -- this is your chance to be heard.
